This LMS PIR-1180 is suitable only for protected locations out of the immediate effects of weather. It is rated at IP44. The durability of the LMS PIR-S120 will be reduced if it is installed in a position where it is subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures, constant moisture or chlorine environments, i.e. close to the sea or a swimming pool.
