Talking about the distribution of lights (like how many downlights are enough!), using the correctly rated light fitting, and the scale of light fittings in a room was so helpful. With the feature lights, it is so hard to fully understand the scale until the light is in place – Tabatha was able to guide us to selecting stunning pieces that filled their space without taking over. 

This product has improved the lighting conditions in our commercial cafe kitchen immensely, whilst maintaining a low visual profile. Service from Tabatha and TLO was excellent. We wanted a product with a higher IP rating and brightness to withstand conditions in the kitchen and Tabatha was able to narrow down the product choice for us making the process streamlined and simple.

The downlights we ordered are perfect and the service provided by Tabatha even better. I had a larger commercial project with a fast turnaround and the advice and support from the Lighting Outlet was second to none. They were flexible, responsive and Tabatha's product advice on beam angle, number of fittings and layout was great. 

Tabatha, our design consultant, provided a high level of service, meeting with me to review our lighting plan, making suggestions for lighting requirements and troubleshooting when we ran into some issues. The final result is fabulous and we have had many people comment on the quality of the light fittings.
