Returns
Please choose your purchase carefully – No products will be refunded for change of mind or incorrectly ordered. A store credit will be issued for all canceled orders.To complete your return or warranty claim, please follow the steps on the link below.

Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours in order to process your return/warranty. The Lighting Outlet NZ offers a flat $14.99 shipping rate orders. We dispatch on multiple couriers Monday to Friday.
We despatch from multiple warehouses throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Bulky items can incur an additional shipping fee. Orders are shipped with full tracking. The Lighting Outlet NZ guarantees you will receive your purchase. Delays in postage sometimes happen but in 99% of orders you will get your item in the fastest possible time.

Any lengths 1.15m or longer in length will incur additional shipping charges, a quote will be sent to once you have placed your order. This also applies to packages over 20kg.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT book an electrician until you have fully received your goods to ensure they are correct, on time and not damaged.
Please note: While all care is taken in the packaging and postage of your purchase, we will assume no liability arising from or in relation to any late deliveries, including expenses incurred for services provided by electricians and other contractors not party to this agreement.
Please Note: ATL (Authority to leave) If customer marks ATL in the checkout it is at the customer's risk if it is lost or damaged in anyway. We will provide a POD (Proof of delivery) from the courier if requested.
Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
