Outdoor CSP LED strip, 14.4w per metre, IP67
Fully sealed to IP67, this CSP strip is built for outdoor and wet area work. 480 chips per metre give 974 to 1076 lumens per metre in an even line, bright enough to light steps, decks and outdoor kitchens as well as accent them.
It suits pergolas, under deck edges, garden walls, outdoor kitchens, showers and pool surrounds. CRI above 90 keeps planting, timber and stone looking natural after dark.

Choosing a driver
Allow 14.4w for every metre of strip and add about 20% headroom. A full 5 metre run, the maximum length, draws 72w, so it needs a 24v driver of at least 86.4w, which in practice means a 100w driver. For longer installations, split the strip into runs of 5 metres or less and give each run its own feed. Outdoors or in damp areas, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover.
Mounting and heat
Even outdoors, we recommend mounting it in an aluminium profile. The profile draws heat away from the chips, protects the strip and extends its life, and a diffuser gives the softest line of light. Choose a profile at least 13mm wide inside to suit the 12mm strip. The 3M double sided tape on the back makes fixing straightforward.
If you cut the strip, reseal every cut end with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP67 rating, and make any outdoor joins in a waterproof connector or junction box.
