Waterproof CSP LED strip, 4.8w per metre, IP67
Fully sealed to IP67, this soft output CSP strip brings an even, low glare line of light to places a standard strip cannot go: garden edges, under outdoor benches, around decks and pools, and in wet areas indoors. Its 480 chip scale LEDs per metre give a smooth line rather than a row of bright dots.
At 4.8w per metre it is an accent light, ideal for marking steps, outlining joinery or adding a gentle wash under floating vanities. CRI above 90 keeps stone, timber and plants looking natural after dark.

Choosing a driver
Allow 4.8w for every metre of strip and add about 20% headroom. A full 5 metre run draws 24w, so a 30w 24v driver is enough. For longer installs, split the strip into runs of 5 metres or less and feed each one. Outdoors or in damp areas, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover.
Mounting and heat
An aluminium profile is still the best home for this strip: it protects it, draws heat away from the LEDs and extends its life, and a diffuser softens the line further. Choose a profile at least 13mm wide inside to suit the 12mm strip. Outdoors, reseal every cut end with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP67 rating, and make any joins in a waterproof connector or junction box.
IP67 rated for outdoor use.
