Dotless COB LED strip, 4.8w per metre, IP67
This dotless COB strip is rated IP67, so the same smooth, continuous line of light you would use indoors can go outside: under eaves, along steps and decks, around garden beds and in wet areas. 320 COB chips per metre mean there are no visible dots or hotspots.
Choose warm 3000k, neutral 4000k or crisp 5500k, with CRI above 90 for natural colour. It is sold per metre or as a 10 metre roll, and it suits both homes and commercial projects.

Choosing a driver
Allow 4.8w for every metre of strip and add about 20% headroom. A full 5 metre run draws 24w, so it needs a 24v driver of at least 29w, which in practice means a 30w driver. For longer installs, split the strip into runs of 5 metres or less, each with its own feed. The 10 metre roll is supplied as one reel, so plan your runs before cutting. Outdoors, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover. To dim the strip, pair it with a dimmable 24v driver and a compatible dimmer.
Mounting and outdoor use
The warranty requires this strip to be installed on an aluminium heat dissipating surface, so mount it in an aluminium profile or channel, which also protects it from knocks outdoors. Allow at least 13mm inside the profile for the 12mm strip. Every cut end must be resealed with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP67 rating, and any outdoor joins should be made in a waterproof connector or junction box.
IP67 rated for outdoor use.
