Issue with Housing component cause scraping of fan blades

We purchased two fans. One was fine - no issues works as expected. The other had an issue with the housing component- you could clearly see it was bent out of shape. As the fan was installed & tested this became obvious due to the scraping of the fan blade against the housing component. Extremely frustrating that this would not have been discovered during quality assurance.
