Very nice product
The product is fantastic.We ordered 2 of them for both bathrooms and are very happy with the performance, which is very impressive. Unfortunately one box was incomplete, missing the flexible duct, otherwise I would have given it the full 5 stars. I think it is important that before to he product is dispatched, that the quality control control people check to hst all elements are included in the shipment.

Good product and great service
We bought two of these bathroom heaters, they work well and look great! Shipping was super fast too. We had an issue with one of the units and The Lighting Outlet provide fast and friendly support and rapid rectification of the issue.

Worth the money
This thing is great upgrade from the old 300 x 300 tastic.
the heater is a fan forced heater with its own element, the only downside is that you cannot run the heater while the fan is on. as it recycles air and the fan blasts it out.
