I ordered this Fluorescent globe as the old one had past it's product life. I had no issues with the ordering process and once this was done, I was notified about the delivery date - this was what I was looking for as products that I had ordered from other retailers tended to be delayed or there was no communication as to why it was delayed.

The globe fitted perfectly and there have been no issues since I installed it.
