Delivery was the problem. It seemed that my order was not acted upon at time of ordering but had been neglected until I sent an email 8 days later asking when you were going to inform me of dispatch of the item. After receiving my email, action happened at a normal timescale and arrived in good condition.

As a side, I had had a same earlier fitting installed some time ago only to find that there was a flimsy part of the design in the way it was all held together and it broke and fell apart after a short time. Believe it was broken by a fairly heavy wind gust. This latest design has corrected that problem.
