These chained LED modules are made for lighting signs, lightboxes and channel letters from the inside. Each compact module holds 3 LEDs behind a 120° beam, spreading light evenly across the face of a sign.

Choose 3000k warm white, 5500k daylight or RGB colour, in packs of 10 or 20 modules. They are IP65 rated, dimmable, and run on 12v DC.

Choosing a driver and controller

Allow 0.72w for every module and add about 20% headroom. A full run of 20 modules draws 14.4w, so it needs a 12v driver of at least 18w, which in practice means a 30w driver. For bigger signs, split the modules into runs of 20 or fewer and feed each run separately. The RGB version also needs an RGB controller rated for the full load. In damp or exposed locations, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover. To dim the white modules, pair them with a dimmable 12v driver and a compatible dimmer.
