This LED matt black steplight is one of The Lighting Outlets best sellers due to it's slimline timeless look but also being super practical which comes in either 12v or 240v and has the ability to change warm white, cool white and daylight all in one fitting by flicking the switch inside the light. This LED steplight will improve any exteriors and will last the distance with a 50,000 hour lifespan.

First Class Service

I sought clarity on the pricing via the online chat service and was invited to use a discount code based on the quantity I wanted to order which was highly appreciative. This was enough to swing me to use the Lighting Outlet. From the time of placing the order to receiving delivery was a matter of days. Product arrived in full and the 240V LED Lights are a quality product. The option to select different settings is a cool additional feature

12v LED Step Eyelid Light - Surface Mounted

I bought ten of these lights. They seem to be of good build quality. However, they are not particularly installation friendly. First, in addition to removing the light cover (no problems), you have to undo the wiring clip in order to access the installation holes. There is no template provided for installation (or any instruction booklet for that matter), and despite making up a template they are quite hard to get level because of small variances in manufacturing. I've installed the rear component level, but you add on the front cover and they change a bit. There is also a very poorly designed seal to go between the light and the mounting surface to increase water protection. It is almost impossible to use. It doesn't adhere to the light at all, and you are left trying to hold an ill-fitting seal on whilst stuffing about with trying to mount the light. I can't comment on longevity, yet, but overall these issues don't make it a 5-star product.
