This fitting is only suitable for 12V Input and Lighting outlet comment after is you can buy driver separately.
No driver would fit inside the fitting.
Fitting also has non-compliant colouring on connection cable/terminal for 12V - coloured for 240V connection.
They are well aware of their dodgy advertising as they repeat the same comment as soon as you call, but continue to leave the deceptive page online.

Appreciate the feedback, but I need to correct a few things here.
This product is 12V and clearly marked as such on the product page. It also states that a driver is not included. You’re not supposed to install a driver inside the fitting, these are designed to run off an external 12V driver, which supplies the required active and neutral. You can use one driver to power multiple lights, depending on the total wattage.
Just because the wires are coloured doesn't mean they’re 240V. Wire colour isn’t what determines voltage or how you power them. If you’ve attempted to hardwire this to 240V without a driver, that’s not a product fault, it’s incorrect installation.
Your email address includes the word electrical, which makes this more surprising. If you're unsure, we strongly recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, Havit Lighting, or having a licensed electrician install the product properly.
Happy to assist further if needed, but in this case, the product was used incorrectly.
