Your courier provider are absolutely diabolical, they arranged to deliver on a particular day by close of business, when it didn’t arrive they failed to inform me of the non delivery, I rsng them and asked for it to be delivered priority the following morning, however they declined and advised that as I wasn’t a business I would not receive my package until after midday, however when I asked for a guarantee that it would be delivered they would not commit.

The package finally arrived at 15:20 however I was left to incur the electrician charges for a second visit because of their poor customer service
