Be careful when buying this product

This product does not come with a wall plug. You will need an electrician to attach a plug as the cable (not shown in the photo) comes with wires sticking out of it. The photo does not show this and the description is not clear about the missing plug. I have tried to get a refund as I am not able to use this and don't know how to attach a plug but the company does not give refunds.
