Full disclosure not given about fitting requirements and rods can only be altered by an electrician
What should have been a simple task is expensive and I have to wait for my electrician to have time to install the 3 light fittings I bought. Doesn't tell you that you need to buy transformers (an electrician would know but your average householder who hasn't encountered 12v before wouldn't). And the adjustable rods ...... you need specific tools and again the electrician has to shorten the rods. When I asked for my money back I was told that I can only have a 'store' credit. I don't want to buy from an unscrupulous trader!!!! And then the cheek to offer to sell me transformers after I have told them they are shonky as ..... grrrrrrrrr. Can't really comment on the quality of the products as they are still not installed!
